Squidoo is a website designed to make it easy for anyone to set up a single page for free on any topic that they are interested in. Squidoo gives 50% of the advertising revenue generated by a page or lens as it call them to the creator of the pages, 45% of the revenue is kept by Squidoo and the remaining 5% is donated to charity.

It is free and relatively easy to create a lens about absolutely anything you want whether it be people, places, hobbies, sports or something completely different. On creating your lens you become a lensmaster and can earn money by recommending products associated with your lens from Amazon, eBay or CafePress or another of Squidoo’s hundreds of commerce partners. Squidoo also place Google ads on your lens but again you make money each time someone clicks on one of the ads on your page..

Once you have built a lens Squidoo provides you with suggestions on how to promote it and how to recommend it to others so that both Squidoo and you can earn money from visitors.

Squidoo will pay you once you have reached the cash payout threshold. The default threshold is $10 but you can increase or decrease this to suit yourself and is recommended that you set a low payout threshold. Once you reach your payment threshold you will be paid via Paypal.
